EHM Senior Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic efforts in our Shared Services Home Health Care division. As a nonprofit leader in senior care since 1879, we offer a values-driven workplace focused on quality care, compassion, and community service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physicians.
- Implement strategies to grow our client base and increase referral volume.
- Promote Shared Services Home Health Care to healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track business development progress and report on key metrics.
- Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe, Washtenaw, and Western Wayne counties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development, with a focus on skilled home care.
- Familiarity with CHAP accreditation standards and Medicare regulations.
- Experience with WellSky or similar EHR systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
