What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA - SCS position at EHM SENIOR SOLUTIONS?
EHM Senior Solutions is seeking CNA's to join our Shared Care Services Division.
- Provide compassionate, in-home care to older adults, helping them maintain independence and dignity
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Provide medication reminders to support client wellness
- Bring a positive, uplifting attitude to every client interaction
- Follow individualized care plans to meet each client’s unique needs
- Flexible scheduling with 3-hour shift increments
- Opportunities to work with 24-hour care clients
- Weekend and evening shifts available
- Serve clients throughout Washtenaw County, including Saline, North Ann Arbor, Chelsea, and Dexter
- Active CNA certification in the State of Michigan
- Previous experience in senior care or customer service is helpful but not required
- Compassionate, cheerful, and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Genuine desire to support and care for older adults in their homes
Salary : $19 - $20
