Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.
- Support residents with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and positioning.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a nurturing and respectful atmosphere.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in senior care.
- Document and communicate resident care activities and observations accurately and timely.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program is necessary.
Preferred Experience:
