We are currently seeking a team member to join us as an Operations Specialist in our Lancaster office.
The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting multiple departments, including Claims, Risk Control and Information Technology, by managing administrative tasks, producing and analyzing operational data for accuracy, and facilitating workflow improvements. This role collaborates with various EHD teams to ensure efficient processes, accurate reporting, and high-quality support for both internal staff and external clients.
What You Will Do
- Follow-up with insurance carriers on loss setup and manage loss run requests
- Track and communicate claims information
- Prepare materials for client meetings
- Gather, build, and distribute reports
- New employee onboarding
- Provide relevant data to support operations
- Troubleshoot issues within the agency management system
- Serve as a point of contact for end users regarding system functionality
What You Will Need
- A Four-year degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong administrative and technical skills
- Proven analytical skills and ability to identify issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer Service experience
- Communication skills
