Offensive Coordinator – Production Planning & Scheduling
Location: South Bend, IN

This is a newly created role reporting directly to the COO, designed to drive our operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement master production schedules aligned with demand. Anticipate and adjust to maximize line performance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement, and generate weekly demand reports to ensure seamless production flow.
- Logistics & Shipping: Manage transportation scheduling, evaluate vendor rates, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Production Monitoring: Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and make quick, accurate adjustments to keep operations moving.
- Team Leadership: Support and inspire schedulers, shipping personnel, and operators. Earn respect through collaboration and accountability.
- Data & Process Optimization: Use advanced analytics and ERP systems to identify opportunities for improvement, cut waste, and increase efficiency.
- Communication & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align schedules, production goals, and customer priorities. Build trust and gain buy-in for continuous change.
- Safety & Quality: Uphold high standards and act decisively to maintain a safe, quality-driven work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations Management.
- 2–5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations management (supervisory experience preferred).
- Advanced Excel and ERP expertise; strong ability to manipulate and analyze data.
- Financial background or business acumen is a plus.
- Competitive, flexible, and driven mindset with a sense of urgency.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Passion for manufacturing and working with people.
- Experience with LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Must be hands-on, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- This is an in-person position in South Bend, IN RELOCATION AVAILABLE

Salary : $70,000 - $140,000
