Posture Alignment Therapist at Egoscue of Philadelphia
Egoscue of Philadelphia helps people eliminate chronic pain and restore function through personalized posture therapy and corrective exercise. Using the Egoscue Method, we guide clients through customized exercise sequences designed to improve alignment, restore natural movement, and help the body heal itself.
Our clients include individuals dealing with chronic pain, active adults, athletes, and any person who is looking to move better and stay healthy long term.
Job Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with clients to guide them through individualized posture therapy sessions
- Perform posture assessments
- Guide clients through gentle, corrective exercises designed to improve alignment and function
- Educate clients on posture and body mechanics so they better understand their pain and movement patterns
- Follow up with clients between sessions to answer questions, support their progress, and assist with scheduling
- Track client progress and communicate updates with the clinic team
- You would be meeting with clients on SATURDAYS (around 2x/month with a flexible timing schedule) and/or Weekday Nights
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focusing on posture, movement patterns, and body mechanics to identify areas of imbalance or dysfunction
- Develop and implement customized Egoscue-based exercise programs that promote optimal alignment and pain relief
- Monitor patient progress regularly by evaluating vital signs, functional improvements, and adherence to care plans
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness
- Collaborate with healthcare providers using electronic health record systems such as Epic to document patient interactions and progress notes
- Provide health coaching to motivate patients, address concerns, and foster active participation in their recovery journey
Training & Certification
No prior Egoscue experience is required.

Compensation Note
- This role is compensated per client appointment, with pay provided for each session conducted. You will have flexibility in your schedule and the ability to choose how full you would like your client schedule to be.
