We are actively searching for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team at High Concrete! The Marketing Specialist supports High Concrete Group’s growth by executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across key client roles including engineers, architects, general contractors and owners. This role is responsible for developing and managing content, coordinating campaigns, supporting sales enablement efforts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach. The Marketing Specialist works closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective lead generation, and alignment with business objectives.

This is a 1st shift position in-office position.

Job Functions

  • Shape the Brand – Support the development and execution of a compelling brand strategy across key markets.
  • Create Sales & Marketing Materials – Develop brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales training tools in collaboration with internal and external partners. Manage marketing-related invoices in SAP.
  • Drive Digital & Social Engagement – Manage social media calendars, track performance, and optimize content. Support SEO, PPC, and email campaigns to grow visibility and engagement.
  • Capture Photo & Video Content – Take authentic photos and short-form videos for social and digital use across projects, events, and day-to-day activities.
  • Support Sales Enablement – Coordinate PCI Award submissions, manage project photography, and handle CEU certificates and AIA course registrations.
  • Plan and Execute Events – Lead logistics for trade shows, customer site visits, plant tours, and both in-person and virtual events. Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement activities.
  • Leverage Data & Insights – Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Amplify Customer Stories – Collect and showcase client feedback and success stories to build trust and credibility.
  • Promote the interests and favorable image of the High Companies. Support and sustain the values of the High Philosophy.
  • Take on special projects and creative challenges as they arise — we love initiatives

Experience, Skills, Training And/or Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven content creator — from social posts to email campaigns to print collateral.
  • Agile and adaptable — able to pivot based on team priorities.
  • Client-focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Naturally curious and always learning — you love testing, iterating, and improving.
  • Valid Driver’s License required (occasional travel may be part of the adventure!)

Other Skills (Preferred But Not Required)

  • Event coordination and execution.
  • SEO and digital strategy expertise.
  • Social media savvy.
  • Email marketing experience (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Brand management and storytelling skills.
  • Website management (WordPress or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Experience with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Content creation abilities for both digital and print media
  • Photography and Videography skills
