Position: Investment Banking Analyst Internship (Paid, In-Person)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team for a six-month, in-person internship. This role offers hands-on experience working directly with senior bankers on live transactions, deal sourcing, and financial analysis. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of the M&A process in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct company, industry, and market research to support ongoing transactions and business development initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, financial models, and valuation analyses
- Support due diligence processes, including data room management and target evaluation
- Prepare client presentations and internal memoranda
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to deal discussions
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, or recent graduate at a local NYC school such as Columbia University, Baruch College, Fordham University, New York University. Also open to accepting co-op program candidates such as Northeastern University, or Drexel University
- Eligible for a six-month co-op or semester-off internship
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in investment banking, finance, or corporate strategy
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Compensation:
This is a paid internship. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Salary : $3,000 - $5,000
