Join the team at EGGS UP GRILL Riverview. We are looking for a RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Our hours of operation are from 6am to 2pm. We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Must be available on the weekends & holidays. Shift times vary from 5am to 4:30pm. Must be a great multitasker, professional, have great customer service skills, proper phone etiquette, cooking and back of the house experience is preferred but not required, familiarity with technology skills for entering food orders, inventory management, scheduling, and time efficiency to ensure a productive work environment is a must!
Get paid weekly!! This is a full-time position with a commitment of 40 to 45 hours per week.

*Must have at least 18 months of full-time Managerial experience with a full service restaurant.
*Must have reliable transportation
*Must have a Managers Safe Serve or equivalent with understanding and adherence of all state regulations
We are located at 3920 US 301 Riverview, FL 33578 (between Falkenburg & 301)
REQUIREMENTS
- Running inside and outside expo is a huge plus
- Menu knowledge
- Great communication with staff members, vendors, and guests
- Knowledge of order entry and inventory control onsite and offsite at a nearby storage unit
- Experience with all positions of front of the house is required including but not limited to server, busser, and host
- Experience with back of the house skillsets including but not limited to cooking and prep is preferred
- Weekly staff scheduling management and adjustments as needed
- Being able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment and pivot when needed
- Responsible for all catering prep, coordination and management as well as delivery at times
- Managing business-to-business marketing/campaigns with nearby businesses
- Prompt guest and team member resolution
- Must be available on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as well as holidays
- Responsible for 3rd party organization and management as well as all to-go packaging
- Knowledge of all front of house tasks, duties, and obligations
- Must have a clean driving record for transport of offsite catering events
- Must be able to communicate and facilitate team meetings
- Must be organized, punctual, and reliable
- Serve Safe Manager Certificate
Eggs Up Grill is a franchise based out of Spartanburg, SC. The Tampa Bay location is the first in the area and adheres to corporate standards for food quality, professionalism, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
