FULL-TIME Kitchen Manager – Now Hiring!!
Eggs Up Grill is hiring immediately for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team!
We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM—work with us and enjoy being home in time for dinner.
We’re looking for a strong multitasker with a professional attitude and proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor, kitchen lead, or manager Manager ServSafe Certificate.
Position Details:
- Full-time position (serious applicants only)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Pay is negotiable based upon experience and skill level
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to established recipes
- Read and manage tickets to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all BOH workstations
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
- Manage inventory and place food orders
- Be able to come in earlier then shift start in the event of morning catering orders
- Be able to execute all menu items on all grill stations
- Train and communicate clearly with team members
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication

REQUIREMENTS
- Communication - written and verbal
- Prior management or leadership role in a kitchen is required
- Knowledge of order entry and inventory control
- ServSafe Manager Certificate is REQUIRED
- Running expo and knowledge of all BOH duties
