The Role
We are hiring for two separate positions:
- Team Member (Line Cook / Prep / Expo)
- Barista
Team Member
This is a role in a fast-paced, open kitchen.
You will be trained across stations:
- Bread & Fry
- Meat & Steam
- Build
- Expo
Responsibilities include:
- Cooking and preparing food to Egg Bar standards
- Maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Supporting the team to keep the line moving
- Maintaining a professional, positive presence in a guest-visible kitchen
Barista
This role focuses on coffee execution and guest interaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing coffee and beverages to standard
- Maintaining speed and accuracy during rushes
- Keeping the coffee station clean and organized
- Engaging with guests in a friendly, upbeat way
- Supporting overall front-of-house flow when needed

Availability Requirement
- Must have open availability between 8 AM – 4 PM
- Must be available weekends
- Daytime-only role — no night shifts
