What This Role Is
This is not a typical “behind-the-scenes” job.
You will:
- Cook
- Build
- Work multiple stations
- And do it all while maintaining a clean, professional, and positive presence in front of guests
Every team member is trained across the line:
- Bread & Fry
- Meat & Steam
- Build
- Expo
You will start with fundamentals and progress as you master each station.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute food preparation and cooking to Egg Bar standards
- Learn and master each station in the training progression
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during peak hours
- Support teammates and keep the line flowing
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain a professional, upbeat presence in an open kitchen

Availability Requirement
- Must have open availability between 8 AM – 5 PM
- Must be available weekends
- Daytime-only role — no night shifts
