Job Summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will oversee financial planning processes, providing high-level guidance and support to ensure business objectives are met. This role will focus on the development of financial models and forecasts, optimizing performance, and driving actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

This role is a full-time, onsite position based at our NYC Headquarters. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite five days per week.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead the financial planning process by developing detailed budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models, ensuring accurate delivery of critical data to leadership.
• Identify, recommend, and prioritize growth drivers through development of data analytics strategy, aligning it with company goals while building innovative revenue tactics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify key areas for improvement, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.
• Support key partner relationships critical to revenue progression by tracking project launches using leading and lagging indicators to provide actionable insights on improving ROI on commercial strategies.
• Design dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, SQL, & Excel to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into business performance
• Oversee a team of analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to improve financial analysis and reporting capabilities across departments.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expertise in financial modeling and reporting, proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau).
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in the cruise industry or retail sector is a plus.
