Job Summary
We’re looking for a digital designer to support fast-paced, high-volume creative across email, paid media, web, and social. This role is focused on execution, iteration, and helping scale a modern content engine that drives real business impact across channels. This is a great opportunity for someone early to mid-career who is eager to grow across disciplines, take ownership of their work, and be part of a team building new systems and ways of working from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce email campaigns (CRM, automations, promotional sends)
- Develop creative concepts and create paid media assets across social, display, and digital channels
- Design web assets including homepage updates, landing pages, and campaign modules
- Adapt and version creative across multiple formats and channels while exercising independent creative judgment
- Create lightweight motion assets including GIFs, animated social assets, and simple video cutdowns for paid/social
- Create and optimize short-form video assets across formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, performance, and project management teams to develop effective visual solutions
- Manage tasks and feedback within Asana
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance insights, and creative objectives
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, proactively moving work forward and making design decisions that support brand and business goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in digital design
- Strong experience designing emails (Klaviyo or similar platform experience required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with quick turnaround times
- Strong foundation in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize effectively
- Experience working in project management tools (Asana or similar)
- Proactive, self-starter mindset. Someone who takes initiative and owns their work
- Open to feedback and able to iterate efficiently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in both brand storytelling and performance-driven creative
Tools & Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing digital-first assets (emails, SMS/GIFs, paid ads, organic social)
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut strongly preferred
- Comfortable editing/adapting short-form video assets for paid and social channels
- Understanding of platform specs and formatting across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience working on in-house marketing or digital teams is a strong plus
- Basic motion / animation skills
- Familiarity with AI image tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, etc.)
- Interest in fashion, beauty, or luxury

Salary Range:
$65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
