What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential/ Commercial HVAC Install Technician w service experience position at Efficient Inc. HVAC Services?
- Perform residential and commercial HVAC system installations (furnaces, condensers, package units, ductwork, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and service residential and commercial HVAC systems as needed
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and service skills
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in attics or crawl spaces
