What You’ll Do
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including:
- Gas/electric split systems
- Package units
- Heat pumps
- Floor and wall furnaces
- Ductless mini-split systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Inspect, repair, replace, and recommend solutions based on system needs.
- Document all work performed and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Follow all company quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Attend weekly training to stay sharp and grow your skills.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read/write in English
- Own basic HVAC hand tools
- NATE Certification is a plus, but not required
