About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support both clinical care and front desk operations in a fast-paced behavioral health clinic.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly—from patient intake to supporting treatments like Spravato. If you like variety and being part of a tight, high-performing team, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- atient Flow & Clinical Support
- Room patients, take vitals, and prepare them for visits
Spravato / Treatment Support
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper setup
- Assist with patient check-in, monitoring, and observation workflows
- Perform and document vitals at required intervals
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions
- Turn over rooms efficiently between patients
Front Desk & Administrative Support
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
- Verify insurance and assist with prior authorizations
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage rescheduling
- Collect copays and ensure accurate patient information
General Clinic Support
- Maintain clean, organized clinical and front office areas
- Restock supplies and ensure rooms are ready for use
- Support team members and take on additional tasks as needed
- Support providers during patient care as needed
- Ensure efficient patient flow to minimize wait times
- Assist with documentation and chart preparation
What Success Looks Like
- Patients are roomed and ready on time
- Providers stay on schedule
- Spravato sessions run smoothly and safely
- Front desk runs efficiently with minimal errors
- Clinic stays clean, stocked, and organized
