What You'll Lead

• Own nightly sanitation outcomes as the on-shift leader for the third-shift team.
• Execute cleaning and sanitizing of processing equipment and facility areas.
• Coach teammates on correct procedures, chemical safety, and PPE use.
• Verify compliance with SSOP, HACCP, and GMP through checks and documentation.
• Be the escalation point for sanitation questions and corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain sanitation tools: power scrubbers, foamers, and forklifts.
• Ensure proper chemical handling, labeling, and storage.

What Sets You Up for Success

• Leadership presence with excellent communication.
• Background in food plant sanitation (preferred).
• Comfort with physical work: standing/walking long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge of sanitation methods and safety practices.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred.
