What You’ll Own & Lead
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the financial backbone of our growing industrial distribution organization—driving insights that fuel decision-making and long-term profitability.
You will:
- Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting process across revenue, margins, OpEx, working capital, and cash flow.
- Deliver monthly variance analysis with crisp insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Build and own driver-based models (pricing, product mix, freight, rebates, incentives, inventory turns, DSO/DPO).
- Partner closely with operations & supply chain on inventory planning, slow-moving stock, and PPV tracking.
- Run monthly branch and channel profitability reviews.
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards that move the business forward.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning.
- Champion process improvements and automation across teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
- 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in industrial distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or multi-branch operations
- Expert-level Excel (complex modeling, pivots, lookups, you name it)
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across non-financial areas
Bonus Points for:
- Power BI dashboard design experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP
- Familiarity with budgeting/forecasting software
