Account Manager – Inside Sales

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients while driving revenue growth through strategic account management. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase client retention, and identify new business opportunities.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive contract negotiations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by understanding client needs, resolving issues promptly, and delivering excellent service.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
• Account Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance metrics, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations for improvement.
• CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client data, track interactions, monitor account progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, renewals, and pricing to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of inside sales, account management, or customer service experience.
• Experience with SAP is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
