What are the responsibilities and job description for the PREP COOK position at eeZ Fusion & Sushi?
Description
As a member of our prep team, your work will set the restaurant up for the day. You will ensure
all ingredients are prepared to eeZ’s standards while maintaining a clean and organized
workspace. Cleanliness, safety, sanitation is a must. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling
and meal discounts plus health insurance and 401k for full time employees. We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Great communication skills.
- An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and within a team.

Requirements
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds (including trash bags).
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, twisting and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
- Work with hot, cold, and/or hazardous materials and equipment.
- Non-slip shoes are required.
