What are the responsibilities and job description for the LINE COOK position at eeZ Fusion & Sushi?
Description
If you have high volume experience in the kitchen, we want to meet you! As a line cook you will
provide a great guest experience by preparing and cooking high quality ingredients per our
recipes. Our line cooks work well under pressure and pride themselves on being detail oriented.
Cleanliness, safety, and sanitation are a must. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling and
meal discounts plus health insurance and 401k for full time employees. We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Great communication skills.
- An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and within a team.

Requirements
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds (including trash bags).
- Work with hot, cold, and/or hazardous materials and equipment.
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, twisting and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
- Non-slip shoes are required.
