EEC Solutions is looking for a Role Player (Language-Specific) to support a possible upcoming contract at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ.

Serves as a realistic partner nation actor for Air Advisor practical exercises, portraying civilians, government officials, religious leaders, tribal elders, interpreters, and other characters as required. Language and quantity are specified per Task Order. The Government will provide wardrobe and props.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Portray realistic partner nation actors including civilians, government officials, religious leaders, tribal elders, interpreters, and other characters as required.
- Speak and interact in the specified target language at a level consistent with a person indigenous to the region.
- Interact with students, coworkers, and faculty in English as required.
- Follow direction of the Practical Exercise Scenario/Role Play Director on appropriate behavior and actions.
- Support culture classes and practical exercises as scheduled.
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
- Fluency in a specified target language at a level consistent with a person indigenous to the region; working knowledge of English sufficient to interact with students, coworkers, and faculty.
- Language proficiency will be assessed during screening.
- Base access required; background check required; CAC/NACI process initiated within two weeks of start.
- Language proficiency screening required. Applicants must specify target language(s) in application.
- Prior military, language training, or cultural immersion experience in the target region; prior role player or interpreter experience.
Salary : $30 - $45
