Come join the Edwards Group team. We are a Estate Planning and Elder Care Law Firm seeking a Receptionist.
Job duties would include:
•Creating an atmosphere that is in alignment with Edwards Group mission, vision, and values.
•Cover the lobby: greeting walk in clients/client meetings, provide drinks.
•Keep the refrigerators stocked and common areas picked up.
•Prepare and clean conference rooms before and after meetings.
•Accept documents/mail/packages and forward to proper staff.
•Witness/Notarize for Delivery meetings and other document meetings.
•Handle incoming phone calls with Intake Coordinator.
•Post Delivery Process: Scan/Tag documents, Prep binders/folders, forward docs for editing and track progress.
•Maintain all common areas.
•Support Office Manager with additional projects.
•Other duties as assigned.
