Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential environments using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute wiring layouts and system configurations.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults or inefficiencies in existing systems and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Follow electrical safety procedures rigorously to ensure compliance with NFPA 70 standards and prevent hazards on construction sites or operational facilities.
- Collaborate with construction teams during project phases to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems according to specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- Valid journeyman electrician license or certification recognized by relevant authorities.
- Extensive knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC (National Electrical Code), and electrical safety procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately; familiarity with blueprint reading is essential.
- Proficiency with testing instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, power tools safely on construction sites or industrial facilities.
- Construction site experience demonstrating the ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments while adhering to safety standards.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
