Requirements
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred or analytical advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in leading marketing, experience or customer strategy roles, ideally within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated experience developing strategies and business plans across all aspects of marketing and experience, with the requisite results to prove it
- Ability to apply modern marketing techniques across segments, across channels, journey-based, digital and non-digital
- Strong business acumen and proven experience managing budgets to develop and manage successful large-scale campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
- Deep analytics and insights experience. Thought partner with the Analytics and Insights leader with knowledge of what work would serve the business segment most effectively, not a customer.
- Experience leading complex, matrixed organizations with shared accountability. Proven ability to communicate at all levels, with executives across the firm, and with matrixed teams to deliver on the work
**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
