The Senior Product Strategist - Cash Solutions will be responsible for leading multiple strategic banking initiatives for the firm. This experienced product management expert will partner across the organization and with external strategic partners to develop strategy and roadmaps, support existing products, create new products and solutions, and drive adoption, utilization, and lifecycle of cash and associated banking solutions.
As a member of the Banking Portfolio Team, this individual accelerates the delivery of integrated Banking solutions by aligning business segments, product teams, and functional areas to a shared vision. They drive cohesion across client and advisor platforms to create and deliver experiences that fit naturally into daily workflows and deliver measurably better client outcomes.
What You'll Do:

What You'll Do:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for specific cash and banking capabilities, including spending, planning, money movement, and protection, to deliver solutions that support practice teams and increase client confidence in achieving their financial goals.
- Lead end‑to‑end solution planning, delivery, and integration, partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, prioritization, implementation, adoption, and utilization.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through sunset, ensuring data-driven decision‑making, strong governance, and timely outcomes delivery.
- Oversee strategic vendor relationships to ensure partner performance, lifecycle alignment, operational effectiveness, and ongoing service quality.
- Leverage market, regulatory, partner, and competitive insights to inform strategy, manage risk, and identify opportunities for innovation and experience improvement.
- Communicate complex information with clarity and precision, delivering structured, executive‑ready materials that support decision‑making and drive alignment.
- Apply strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking to develop clear product roadmaps, influence firm points of view, and make data driven decisions aligned to firm, team, and cross‑functional priorities.
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships across matrixed teams, leveraging client and practice understanding to strategically position solutions, understand alignment with firm objectives, navigate agile delivery methodology to deliver outcomes that strengthen the banking experience.

Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work
- Bachelor's degree required with quantitative discipline preferred (finance, economics, accounting, business); Advanced Degrees or relevant industry designation(s) preferred
- 10 years of relevant, non-technical experience such as product strategy/development, product management, or experience strategy
- 6 years of relevant financial services or related experience
