The Edward Jones Creative Agency is seeking a Senior Creative Copywriter who blends advanced experience in creative thinking, brand strategy, and multi-disciplinary writing skills. This role is ideal for a seasoned creative professional with a strong portfolio of big ideas that inspire action and elevate brands. You thrive in collaborative environments, especially in partnership with Art Directors, and bring a conceptual drive that translates across channels. Your work demonstrates a nuanced command of tone and voice, strategic insight, and the ability to influence stakeholders with compelling storytelling.

What you'll do...
- Supports execution of omnichannel creative strategies and tactics for medium- to high-complexity strategic efforts and brand initiatives
- Partners with matrixed teams to execute strategic messaging, creative communication strategies, campaign concepts, tactical ideation, content execution, client materials and other deliverables that bring our differentiated brand to life
- Executes and integrates strategic messaging direction and/or verbal direction of content and campaigns, in collaboration with other creative and strategic partners; applies creative and strategic direction from others
- Making complex issues easily understood — in service of persuading audiences to think, feel or do something — by delivering world-class creative from ideation through to execution
- Translating stakeholder needs into creative ideas and deliverables that build brand equity
- Developing creative for different media and tailoring (or generating new) creative to fit channel-specific context
- Working in a team-based or matrix environment — sometimes with complex, changing dynamics and shifting priorities — to gain stakeholder input/approval and meet deadlines
- Collaborating with others and applying feedback to ensure message, creative strategy and brand voice alignment
What you'll need...
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- 4 years of experience collaborating with art directors and other visual/production partners in agency or big brand environments.
- Deep understanding of channel best practices including social media, websites, email, direct mail, and digital media.
- Experience in Agency Management, Campaign Management and Optimization, Communication/Messaging Strategy, Content Development, and Integrated Marketing Strategy.
- Strong grasp of Marketing Analytics and Measuring Effectiveness across omnichannel campaigns.
Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
