About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branding & Sales Leader to drive the growth of our SaaS platform. This role blends strategic branding, market positioning, and revenue ownership — ensuring Leap360 becomes the preferred solution in our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Market Positioning
Develop and own the brand strategy for Leap360 and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Strengthen product positioning with clear value differentiation in competitive SaaS landscape
Plan and execute integrated branding campaigns including digital, events, PR, and partnerships
Analyze brand performance metrics and drive continuous brand growth
Sales Leadership
Drive revenue targets through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Lead and mentor a high-performance B2B SaaS sales team
Build scalable outbound and inbound sales strategies including social selling, ABM, and partner-led sales
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure & contract negotiations
Create strong go-to-market sales playbooks and forecasting reports
Customer Engagement & GTM
Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams for launches and market scale-up
Implement customer feedback loops to support product innovation and client success outcomes
Establish channel/partner networks to expand market reach
Required Skills & Experience
10 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales & Branding roles
Proven track record of building brand presence and achieving sales revenue targets
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS selling cycles
Expertise in CRM systems, digital marketing, and lead-gen automation tools
Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-driven environments
Nice to Have
Experience in US/Global SaaS Market selling
MBA in Marketing / Sales or equivalent field
