Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) – 3 Onsite/Hybrid Openings

E-Therapy, powered by Edustaff, is seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities in the Battle Creek, Michigan area. We have openings supporting both early childhood students and students with more significant communication and developmental needs.
Openings
2 Early Childhood SLP Positions – Hybrid Option
These SLPs will primarily support students ages 3–5 across several school locations within the Battle Creek area.
- Monday–Thursday onsite with the option to work remotely on Fridays
- 37.5 hours per week
- Student hours approximately 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Caseload of approximately 35–50 students
- Primarily early childhood population
- Combination of push-in services and group therapy
- Travel between multiple school locations within the district
1 Center-Based SLP Position – Fully Onsite
This position is based at one school location and supports students with significant needs.
- 100% onsite
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE
- Students range from ages 3–26
- Low-incidence/severe needs population
- Some students utilize AAC
- Typical school day: 7:45 AM–2:45 PM
- Wednesdays extend until approximately 3:30 PM
- Ideal for an SLP with experience supporting students with complex communication needs
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, group, consultative, and/or push-in speech-language services
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Support AAC and other communication systems as appropriate to the assigned population
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan SLP license or ability to obtain
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- AAC experience is especially valuable for the center-based position
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
