This role ensures that technology resources operate efficiently, securely, and reliably to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on hardware/software usage.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within organizational systems.
- Monitor system performance, apply updates, and perform routine maintenance to ensure security and efficiency.
- Support network setup, connectivity troubleshooting, and basic server administration.
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT staff on projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and IT best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or 3 Years of equivalent professional experience
- 2 Years Experience in IT Systems (hardware & software support).
- Proven experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or computer system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with hardware diagnostics, system imaging, and software installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , Security Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection tools.
- Experience with cloud-based systems and applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
