General Responsibilities
Reporting to the Administrative Assistant, the Program Support Specialist provides routine department support to ECE programs.
Salary:
The full range for this position is $46,134.40 - $56,139.20. Offers are made at the entry level of the range.
Assignment:
This position will work full-time, year-round. The position also requires acriminal history check and fingerprint check through the Department of Children, Youth and Families(DCYF), Tuberculosis test to meet state health requirements, Health Exam, and Proof of MMR vaccination or exemption.

Essential Functions:
- Receive and screen phone calls and visitors.
- Establish and maintain professional, effective working relationships with families, staff and community partners.
- Adhere to program performance standards.
- Maintain and process fiscal reports, travel documents, timesheets, purchase orders, and credit card transactions.
- Process orders and track expenses according to accounting procedures.
- Receive and process freight and distribute inventory as needed.
- Enter data in multiple databases.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs and other databases.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
