Report Time: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (evening hours and/or weekend call out hours in accordance with the OAPSE negotiated agreement)
Salary: $17.10 minimum starting rate; additional stipend of $384.37 for AIS in accordance with the CBA
Position available July 1, 2026 due to the retirement ofKathleen Schmidt
Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful applicant must have the following on file before they can start:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current and favorable State and Federal background checks
Rapback Enrollment
Negative drug screen result
Successful completion of the skills test
A skills test will be administered
The test will cover custodial, and general maintenance related skills required of the position.
Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
The successful candidate must complete any Vector/Safe Schools courses as recommended and assigned by the Administration.
- Bid requests received within the same classification and contracted hours will be given first consideration in accordance with the OAPSE bargaining agreement.
