Summary/Objective

Provides supportive functions by assisting clients and families in gaining access to necessary services intended for maximum reduction of symptoms of behavioral problems and increase in social skills. To provide assistance supervising/monitoring youth in daily activities. Services clients in the school environment as well as in the home or community as deemed necessary. Clients specific to Skyway Career Prep High School. This role is intended to be contract based through the remainder of the summer, with intention to turn into a full-time position for the next school year (2026-2027).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide school and community-based support, advocacy, and other daily activities to assigned clients

· Maintain consistent schedule based on both the needs of the client and the school/s serviced

· Facilitates group activities and development, assists with activities appropriate for group’s level of functioning as needed

· De-escalation and crisis support as deemed necessary

· Maintain required direct care interaction including all necessary documenting and reporting, attendance of meetings, trainings, and all standard measurable metrics and agency standards set for role

· Establishes and maintains positive working relationship internally and externally

· Support the agency’s effort to maximize productive activity

· Communicate with agency staff in a professional manner

· Maintains quality results by following agency standards-attend clinical supervision, manage caseload effectively, manage and maintain treatment plans, adhere to on time and quality documentation standards

· Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

· Maintains patient confidence by keeping patient records, information confidential per HIPAA

· Serves and protects the agency by adhering to professional standards, agency policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and CARF standards

· Perform other duties, as assigned, to the need of the agency deemed necessary and appropriate

Measurable Metrics

· 48 hour documentation submission required in conjunction with client interaction completed

Qualifications, Education and Experience

· High School Diploma required

· Bachelor or Master’s degree preferred

· At least three (3) years of experience with case management or direct services with children preferred

· Must have valid Driver License with acceptable driving record defined by the agency commercial insurance carrier. Must not have a criminal record that would exclude you from working in a child-serving environment

· Ability to work with people and work under pressure

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail, quality focus, professionalism, productivity, thoroughness, coordination, deadline-oriented, internal communications, reporting skills.

Tools and Equipment Used

Personal computer including work processing software, copy machine, and fax machine

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
