Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinician role located in New York, NY. The Clinician will provide therapeutic services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include facilitating counseling sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing evidence-based practices to support the emotional and mental well-being of clients. Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in individual, group, and family counseling
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain detailed and confidential documentation with accuracy
- Collaborative teamwork skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state of New York required
- Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals from historically underserved communities, is highly desirable
