  • Launching innovative tools and training to standardize tutor preparation and accelerate student learning.

Job Overview:

Position Summary: The Tutoring Program Director leads Tennessee's TN ALL Corps Model tutoring initiative, the statewide high-dosage tutoring program serving students in grades K8 across Tennessee's public-school districts. This position is responsible for the strategy, execution, and monitoring of high-quality tutoring aligned to best practices in learning acceleration. The Senior Manager develops implementation guidance, professional learning, and tools to support district and partner success. The role also oversees state and federal grant programs, procurement and contracts, vendor partnerships, and cross-agency alignment to ensure efficient and equitable service delivery.

  • Strategic Planning: Skilled at identifying and developing processes to execute program plans; knows how to organize people and activities; understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow; knows what to measure and how to measure it; can see opportunities for synergy and integration where others cant; can simplify complex processes; gets more out of fewer resources.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Able to identify and ask significant questions to overcome issues in the workplace; uses inductive and deductive reasoning methods to recognize opportunities for refinement; formulates clear and concise options to reduce procedural inefficiencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to substantial (five or more years of) full-time relevant experience.
