Our Career Technical Training (CTT) Manager plans, manages and administers our Training Program and services. At the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR) for the US Department of Labor, our qualified and dedicated staff provide academic, vocational and social skills training to help youth and young adults become long-term, competent employees who succeed in today's competitive workforce and become productive citizens in our increasingly complex society.we have creative and caring staff who make a difference in the lives of at-risk young adults each and every day.
MAIN DUTIES:
Oversee, monitor and evaluate career technical instruction
Provide supervision, training, assessment and leadership to department
Make adjustments to increase utilization of staff and cover absences
Review and monitor student training, documentation and performance
Counsel students and assist instructors with difficult issues
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience), three years related experience with at least one year in lead or supervisory capacity, and valid Minnesota driver’s license with acceptable driving record
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$60,000 per year plus benefits, including 12 paid holidays, vacation and sick time, 401(k) with match, and medical, dental and vision insurance
