About Us
We are looking for an energetic and adaptable floater to support multiple classrooms in our Montessori-inspired learning center, serving children ages 6 weeks–5 years. Our center values independence, hands-on learning, and respect for each child's developmental journey. Your Daily Impact
- Provide coverage for classroom teachers across all age groups
- Maintain established routines for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Support age-appropriate activities from sensory play to academic preparation
- Ensure children's safety and well-being at all developmental stages
- Follow lesson plans and communicate with permanent staff
- Assist with feeding, diaper changes, naps, and transitions for all ages
Basic Requirements:
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential- required
- 3-5 years of experience working with children across multiple age groups (6 weeks-5 years) - required
- Highschool Diploma - required
- Genuine enjoyment working with children of all ages
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and age groups
- Pennsylvania clearances - required
- Reliable and punctual
- First Aid/CPR certification - required
- Experience with multiple age groups in early childhood settings
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler development, and preschool readiness
Great to Have:
- Understanding of Montessori or developmentally appropriate practices
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English)
