Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our HVAC Program. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC/R courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an HVAC program resulting in a Diploma or Certificate of Completion; associate degree preferred
- Certification
- EPA Universal - Required
- HVAC License - Required
- Journeyman - desired but not required
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred
