Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our HVAC Program. This is a full-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC/R courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an approved HVAC/R program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or Diploma; associate degree preferred
- Certifications:
- EPA Universal
- HVAC Certification/license
- Journeyman License highly desired but not required
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R Tech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred
