ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Sports Merchandising Specialist to join our premier client’s Marketing Team. This role will focus on supporting the development, execution, and optimization of outbound marketing campaigns for high-visibility live sports content, including NFL games across Fox One, Peacock, and Paramount . The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with hands-on marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work within a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment. This role starts as a 6-month contract opportunity, working full-time onsite in Seattle, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sports Campaign Execution: Support the setup, management, and optimization of outbound marketing campaigns for NFL and other live sports content across 150 channels.
• GTI Sourcing & Ingestion: Source game-specific GTIs and complete ingestion across internal tools.
• QA & Accuracy Control: Perform cross-device QA to ensure accuracy and alignment before campaigns go live.
• Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; provide insights to improve future executions.
• Project & Calendar Management: Maintain tracking across weekly and monthly workflows; ensure all deadlines are met.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal partners, HBO Max, and external distribution channel teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Tool Utilization: Learn and apply internal tools and processes quickly to support operational efficiency and campaign quality.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of marketing experience (merchandising/campaign execution preferred).
• Strong foundation in Outbound Marketing, Business Strategy, and Analytical Insights (1–2 years).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and manage workflows with accuracy and speed.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, and Braze.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• MBA preferred but not required.
