ESC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Media Support Specialist to help support the daily operations of our premier Beauty client’s Retail Media Network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to learn digital media, work cross-functionally, and grow within a fast-paced and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll assist with campaign support, basic financial tracking, and organization across internal tools. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and partners across the company while learning how retail media campaigns are built, billed, and reported on. The role starts as a 6-month contract opportunity working hybrid (6 days/month in office) in Bolingbrook, IL
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support & Coordination
- Assist the UB Media team with tracking monthly revenue, campaign data, and partner information.
- Help prepare contracts and documentation so brand partners can be billed accurately.
- Support the collection process by following up on outstanding invoices alongside the Finance team.
Tools & Systems
- Maintain organization across key internal tools such as Advendio, SAP, Monday.com, and SharePoint (training provided).
- Update internal records to ensure accurate campaign, billing, and reporting information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to gather data, verify information, and flag discrepancies.
- Pull basic reports to help identify trends, opportunities, and support business development efforts.
Process Improvement
- Offer ideas that can simplify workflows or improve efficiency.
- Assist in documenting processes and keeping internal resources up to date.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent internship/related experience).
- 1 year of experience in marketing, client support, customer service, administration, retail, or a relevant internship.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus, but not required.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative when needed.
- Interest in retail media, digital marketing, or advertising.
