Our client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Field Support Analyst to provide hands-on technology support in a fast-paced corporate environment in New York, NY. This 4-month contract-to-hire role is ideal for a technically strong support professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys providing desktop and end-user technology solutions. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST.
Job Description:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to a wide range of end users within an enterprise environment
• Deliver hardware and software troubleshooting and support for office technologies and systems
• Respond to and resolve technical support tickets in a timely manner
• Support and maintain office technology systems and user workstations
• Provide front-facing customer service support for employees, including executive-level users and leadership teams
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and related technology tools
• Support device management and deployment activities using Microsoft Intune
• Utilize Active Directory and remote management tools to support user access and system functionality
• Assist with incident management, request fulfillment, and issue escalation as needed
• Create and update technical documentation, diagrams, and support materials
• Conduct research and collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues
• Maintain a professional presence in a high-visibility environment with executive interaction
Must Have Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of desktop support or technical support experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and desktop technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates without a degree should have additional relevant experience
Nice to Have Qualifications:
• Experience supporting banking, financial services, or law firm environments
• Experience supporting Apple iOS devices
• Adobe Acrobat experience
• Experience supporting C-suite or executive-level users
• Any relevant technical certifications or licenses preferred
