Enjoy a great environment and a manageable caseload.Responsibilities:Assist the lead teacher in maintaining classroom order and supporting daily instructionWork with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning objectivesProvide one-on-one support for students needing extra help, including those with special needsSupervise students during transitions, activities, recess, and lunchSupport behavioral and social-emotional goals under teacher guidanceHelp with classroom preparation, organization, and daily learning activitiesPerform other related duties to enhance the classroom learning experienceQualifications:Associate’s degree or higher, or High School Diploma/GED with postsecondary courseworkActive state-level licensure and/or certification, or ability to obtainExperience working in schools or with children preferred but not requiredStrong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with educators, families, and administratorsCome join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
