Physical Therapist (Full-Time, Contract Hire)

We’re seeking a dedicated on-site, school-based Physical Therapist to support elementary students with our valued district partners. Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students in special education
• Evaluate, screen, and monitor student progress
• Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student goals
• Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited university
• Active state licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain prior to start
• Experience working with children or in schools is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
