Job Overview
The Sales and Procurement Specialist plays a dual role in supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for managing purchasing activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the sales process during periods of high volume—from customer inquiries to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing both analytical and customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Supply Chain
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and quality
- Issue purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier communications
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to meet demand
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders
- Coordinate closely with production, inventory, and logistics teams to fulfill orders
- Support the sales team during peak periods, including handling inbound sales requests
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing decisions with sales forecasts
- Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities
- Contribute to process improvements in both procurement and sales workflows
- Generate reports on purchasing trends, sales performance, and inventory levels
Qualifications:
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn and improve

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
