EDS Service Solutions partners with leading car rental companies nationwide to deliver exceptional support for back-end operations across Rental Car Centers. We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Hawaii. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting top talent, supporting daily staffing needs, and driving employee engagement and development. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and partner with leadership on hiring decisions
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Corporate teams to align on staffing needs and workforce planning
- Support onboarding and training initiatives to ensure employee success
- Assist in delivering training on topics such as communication, leadership, and performance
- Monitor employee performance and engagement using systems such as PeopleSoft
- Help drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture
Field Recruiting & Engagement
- Visit local job sites and high-traffic areas to engage with passive candidates
- Distribute recruiting materials and promote career opportunities
- Partner with Operations to identify strategic recruiting locations
- Participate in job fairs and hiring events as needed
- Travel as needed to support hiring efforts (including out-of-state when required)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting training and employee development initiatives
- Knowledge of performance management processes and employment laws
- Contract staffing experience is a plus
- Strong communication, Bilingual and fluent English required
Compensation
- Starting at $55k Annually
