NOW HIRING: Car Rental Supervisor (Car Wash Operations)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Car Rental Center Operations)
EDS Service Solutions partners with leading car rental companies nationwide to support back-end operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow at rental locations.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the car rental and car wash environment. This is a hands-on operational role (not office-based).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure productivity and safety standards are met
- Monitor attendance, callouts, and daily performance
- Coordinate drivers and vehicle cleaners (VSA team)
- Ensure rental vehicles are cleaned, staged, and ready for customers
- Move and transport vehicles when needed
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
- Assist Site Manager and cover duties when required
- Maintain communication between management and client operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid US driver’s license required
- Clean driving record
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and drive for extended periods
- Weekend and flexible shift availability required
- English required (spoken and written)
