At EDS Service Solutions, we are seeking a professional and service-oriented Front Desk Representative with proven experience to join our hospitality team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is essential in providing a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, and experience in guest services or front desk operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests, process arrivals and departures, and handle payment transactions accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest needs and questions both over the phone and in person.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system (PMS).
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are clean, stocked, and functioning.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily reports as needed.
- Maintain lobby and front desk areas in a neat, presentable condition.
- Uphold brand standards, safety protocols, and local hospitality regulations always.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish preferred, not required.
- Proven experience in front desk, guest service, or customer facing experience.
- Outstanding verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work a flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of OPERA or similar PMS - Required
