Pay Rate: $15.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Location: MIA Airport (Miami International Airport)
EDS Service Solutions is hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals for an immediate opportunity at our Miami Airport car rental location.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for friendly, professional, and bilingual (English & Spanish preferred) candidates to join our fast-paced rental return team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a customer service position where you will assist customers returning rental vehicles, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at Miami International Airport.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review rental contracts and verify vehicle keys
- Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel level, and lost items
- Complete billing review and obtain customer signatures
- Fill out incident/accident reports when necessary
- Answer customer questions and provide directions
- Secure all vehicle keys
- Assist customers with luggage when needed
- Move vehicles and support gate operations as required
- Maintain attention to detail at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record (last 3 years)
- Weekend availability required
- Must be open to any shift
- Preferably bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Customer service experience preferred
